3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, PayU. We do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. We retain only a payment reference, amount, and status for your order history.

4. Confidentiality

Your consultation details are treated as strictly confidential and are accessible only to our astrologer and authorised staff. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep your consultation records so that you can view your history and continue any ongoing conversation. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us using the details below.

6. Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

1. Our services

We offer paid Vedic astrology consultations: a Personal Astrology Question (₹300) answered in writing, and a WhatsApp Consultation (₹400) at a scheduled time slot. Both require payment before the consultation details are submitted.

2. Nature of guidance

Astrology is a form of guidance based on traditional Vedic (Jyotish) principles. Our readings are for guidance and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Your decisions and their outcomes remain your own responsibility, and you always retain your free will.

3. Human, not AI

Every consultation is prepared personally by a real astrologer. We do not use artificial intelligence to generate answers.

4. Response times

Personal questions are answered twice daily, at approximately 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM IST. WhatsApp consultations are confirmed by our team for your chosen slot. Timings may occasionally vary due to demand or holidays.

5. Follow-up threads

Each Personal Question includes up to three (3) conversation threads so you can raise doubts about the astrologer's reply. Once all three threads are used, the conversation is complete.

6. Payments and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable in advance via PayU. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid for.

7. Refund policy

Because consultations involve personalised effort by our astrologer, fees are generally non-refundable once a reading has been delivered. If a payment is deducted but no consultation is provided, or in case of a duplicate/failed transaction, please contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, refund you.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate birth details. Inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of your reading. You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to use our services.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, submit unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the website. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a consultation at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability
